@Justin: Like I've mentioned on another thread, check Onesuite.com website. They got voip and prepaid phone card combined in one account. Rates to Canada via VoIP is less than 2 cents per minute.

Check out Onesuite.com, less than 2 cents to call Canada. You also have the option to use prepaid phone card service or VoIP, either way both are cheap and reliable.

There's free wifi in every corner in Singapore so take advantage of it.

Asus is a good option too.

Just make sure if you gonna go with Vista, you need 2GB ram or more.
