Jaw reduction surgery is a pretty major op. Down time if I am not wrong is about 3 weeks. You might want to consider it first as opposed to having jaw reduction using botox. Cos it involves the shaving of your jaw bone(ouch), there can be quite a bit of trauma involving your face... The two days hospital stay is to observe whether there is any side effects, one week is definitely not enough. As of now , I'm about to recover but still there is some swelling and bruises....
