Hi Annakilly, No need to worry at all. I went through all that and now I'm fine. 2 weeks after the surgery I still looked like a freak, I screwed up and thought my nose looked weird, the nose distorted my face feature, the bridge was too high, the tip was too high bla bla. I cried like hell because ...

Tokai Clinic is quite close to the airport, only 30 minutes by taxi. You can get their by the Limousine taxi service, which is a little bit more expensive. Otherwise you can go by public taxi, they often go around to charge you more, so if you go by public taxi tell them you know the way and please ...

Hi dovey, How's your nose after day 3? I'm on my day 4 now, still looking like a monster with black eyes, red nose. However, it has been a lot better than the first day, I can see the nose shape clearer day by day. This morning I was so freaking out because my nose and tip looked so big, I told the ...

cersepn: sorry, I meant whether ear cartilage can be used to shape nose tip. I also think it is possible. However, my surgeon keeps insisting it can't, the only way is to use silicone. I paid a lot of money for the surgery and not happy with the result, so I am frustrated by the fact that he keeps t...

ear cartilage for nose tip

Does anyone know whether ear cartilage can be used to shape the nose tip? I had a surgery 2 years ago using one of my ear cartilage to raise my nose bridge. It looks quite natural, however my nose tip is left untouched and I have a high nose with a round, piggy tip which I don't like. The doctor sai...

It's 10 days post op already and my face is only mildly swollen. Apart from me nobody notices the swelling. However I haven't really seen the clear change in my face. My face is of the same size as it was before now so I won't it will look noticeable smaller in about 2 months when the swelling has c...

when do you intend to do jaw shaving? I can't comment on the result yet because my face is still swollen. For jaw shaving you won't be able to see the result until at least 2 months when the swelling has subsided and the contour has been shaped. However I would recommend Tokai Clinic since it was po...

I've just done jaw shaving with him last week, although I can't comment on the result yet because my face is still sw...

No I didn't. My face is much smaller now compared to the first day post op but still very swollen. It should take about 2-3 weeks until I can see the result. Yep the wound is quite long, nearly 4 cm on each side but it is under the chin so nobody can see it from the front. Hopefully it will fade awa...

Dr Pat said $1500, but I managed to bargain to $1350. From my research it is the cheapest price you can get, at other places the prices are normally $2500- 4500. That might be because he does extra- oral.

Dr Pat

I have done jaw shaving with Dr Pat, not too bad and didn't hurt much. From the second day it does not hurt at all, only the bandage is uncomfortable. I haven't seen my face because of the bandage so can't comment on the result. He said extra oral method would be more efficient, less pain, cheaper, ...

boii18: so did you do jaw shaving with him as said in your signature? How was the surgery ? He said the surgery would be extra oral, that means there will be 3 cm scar under my chin. He assured me that it wouldn't be noticeable, but I'm worried they won't completely fade over time. However, it is le...
