Yes, done by a GP Dr Jim Wong from the old TLC clinic in Far east shopping centre then he reopened another clinic by the name of Reves Clinic with Dr Mint/ Zhu. Now these 2 GPs are operating another clinic by the name of DrJM Clinic......

Er.........just sharing what I have encountered with some of the silent forumers here. Look for other doctors but not the one in Far East Shopping centre for liposuction.

I think a yearly or a half yearly agreement is more reasonable. Mine is half yearly.

The landlord can ask for ll they want but if there's no taker, it is as good as wasted...hmmmm

Anyway tenants do not pay commission. I never did for the places I rented. Don't be fooled.

I know a friend too which was quoted 4.5K for a unit and edned up paying 3.3K for it. So beware of greedy landloard anddishonest agents.
