I'd recommend augmentin as it a good broad spectrum antibiotic with good gram positive coverage. The usual dose is 625mg twice a day for 1 week. You can suppliment this with antiobiotic oitments to be applied on the wound twice a day.

I think you should give it a little more time...as I'm sure you've been told, healing may take longer in some people. However, if you feel compelled to go for a revision surgery, perhaps you should try other countries like Malaysia, in which I've had good experiences with.
