I am on the east coast

I am currently looking at changing gynaes as I have heard wonderful remarks about Dr Paul Tseng at Thomson Medical. I am however leaning towards an elective c-section....I know Dr Tseng is very pro natural but is he open to elective c-sections?

Can anyone recommend a washing and ironing service where they collect and deliver to your home? Thanks alot!
