I'll suggested you to diet healthly. And do some cardio exercise like slow jogging for 45 mins every day. You'll probably lose 3-4 kg every month this way but it's healthy.

Using pills are expensive as u probably need to keep them up to maintain the weight.

I think you have to use the language often. Read more, watch TV, interact with people using english etc...

You can just buy a wireless router, fix it to your current modem and assuming you have a wireless card on your laptop, you'll be all set to go.
