not recruiting anytime soon

honestly, I don't know how long they are on hold for. I'm guessing till maybe a few months later? if I'mnot wrong they only get basic pay... no allowances. how to give allowances when you don't have any hours :')

every airline is pretty full, the new SQ recruits are apparently put on hold for their training, SilkAir has just recruited their last batch, and yeah, recession is playing pretty bad on the airlines, so many flights are being cancelled.

SilkAir has currently closed their applications for now. you can try SQ, I think they have another recruitment coming up. no worries Desiree! fly high

Get your info right... Singapore Airlines is a company. SilkAir is a sister company, UNDER Singapore Airlines. Singapore Airlines is not ONLY Singapore Airlines (ONLY SQ). Geez. :) Anyone would say things like that even if there is no intentions of misleading. And furthermore, she probably might not...
