Peace Center

Lot's of good guitar shops in Peace Center, as well as a whole bunch of copy shops. Maybe all the girls are going there? But on a serious note: There are only a few Karaoke bars in Singapore where people don't go for negotionable affection. These are referred to as 'Family KTV'. Most older shopping ...

alright
I don't need much teaching; just refresh my memory and maybe tutor me for a number of hands.
Let me know when you have place for a beginner.

I've only played it years and years ago, when my grandfather taught me as a kid. Can't remember very much about it, but I've played a lot of card games that are related to bridge (though less complex).

Would love to learn, if you're willing to teach.

Any people playing irish music in Singapore?
I used to play in an irish band back home, and would love to set up an irish session or just jam sometimes.

Me and my wife (31&32) are looking for people to play the Dutch card game Klaverjassen. Any other enthusiasts around?

where to buy european size mattres?

Hello, We didn't bring a very good mattress to Singapore, expecting to buy one here. But we can't find a mattress that'll fit our bed. I have noticed that many shops can make the mattresses to size, but I haven't been able to find a shop with mattresses I like (appart from Ikea, which doesn't sell i...

dive

Hi, I'm also looking for a buddy to take a diving course. Dutch male, 30 years old. My dad used to be a diving instructor, so I used to dive a lot as a kid. But I never got my own license, so it's time for that now. I hope to find a buddy who expects to learn fast. I was thinking about going in July...

Fiddle/ violin player

Hi,

I'm looking for a fiddle/ violin player to start an Irish folk band. If you're interested, please drop me a line. Doesn't matter if you don't have too much experience playing folk, as long as you can play without scaring the dog too much :)

That's great! Pratchett was the bestselling UK author by far, untill JK Rowling came along. The funny thing is that he is the most obscure bestseller there is. I read an interview with him recently on this fact. For some reason the world is divided in people who have tons of his books and people who...
