our boy is turning one soon and we want to throw him a party. i've been to a couple where parties are held in function rooms at condos, but as we don't have access to one, can anyone suggest any other ideas?

i also have a friend looking for infant care in the east. the only one i'm aware of is Babies Inc at Katong but have not really heard any positive feedback about them. Also they are undergoing management change..
