i totally agree about the service aspect at PS cafe. i too, did not have a good experience with the service staff, and it wasn't even crowded on the day. moreover, i had tried patronising the cafe a further 3 times, and SURPRISE SURPRISE, i still recieved BAD service. think someone needs to formally...
