i know that St Hilda's has one of the best junior sailing teams here - the school own various types of boats parked at one of the Sailing clubs in Changi. Also choir,various types of dances & Netball are good.

jensen - its not about low rates here. Its about being well qualified to tutor and matching the child's level with the right pedagogical skills & motivation not just didactic approach. With the exception of highly educated honors students (who are most likely not teaching), I would think a M.Sc or higher in economics would be necessary. I hope you find such stars and value them... Interestingly, in the local sch system, the top 30% are attracted to teaching unlike most countries ...
