I.e. if you are able to train very well in Bahasa Indonesia, then it's valuable.

Many people may know how to speak the language, but not everyone can train well. I.e. be sure there is learning, transfer of learnign to the workplace, evaluation, etc.

Just my opinion, $1800 trainer job with Bahasa Indonesia skill is a little low. You may check how much more that's worth. But again, that's just my opinion.
