Can i cancel my EP directly to the MOM without cancelation letter from the previous company to get new Ep upon approval letter from the new company.

Does MOM will consider that i am to fast to apply another one within 1 month upon my Ep approval, but in fact i got retreched if that the worst thing happen.

actually you can go to mom and ask the officer why your EP rejected. MOM won' tell to the employer what the reason of rejection. S Pass is a quota pass. If the company does not have sufficient local workers to meet the quota, no S Pass, no appeal, no nothing. EP does not have a quota.
