Do u guys/ladies detoxify urself from all those free radicals and harmful pollution in our small but congested country? If yes..... what brand is the most recommended to use? I juz got to know from my friend that he got a brand selling at Watson's call B&H..... any comments before i commit a bottle ...

I hope u had at least clean ur face with the right choice of products and maybe a visit to a salon maybe helpful but bear in mind that it's not going to work juz one single treatment,,,.. u have to get a package to solve it permenantly... CHEERS

Hi there... u can try to take PRIMROSE OIl tablets... or in capsules...

It's good for regulating the flow and reduces cramps.. It's all from experience when my wife had those in the past but not now anymore...
