FYI for JSA (3K) there is no swimming test and uniform fitting during the interview. For Jetstar International (JQ), there is a swimming test on the 2nd interview.

For JSA (3K), there will be a 2 yr bond as well but u r not required to upfront any amt. However if you break the bond, u'll have to pay the price. JSA is hiring due to the expansion as they will be bringing in 2 more A330 into their fleet + more longer haul routes (ergo more opportunities for a lay...

Ur gf shouldn't have posed that kind of dilemma on you; her or your job. She should be understanding and compromising at least in your career options. She may be jealous that you'll be surrounded by beautiful ladies while being a crew, hence maybe u shld assure her that no one would be as beautiful ...

Oh wow, this is good news. I know someone who might want to try this since his ambition is to be a pilot. I just home the skin color would be overlooked.

The contract briefing was hassle free and seamless. no swimming test, all of us signed the contract on the spot. as for medical, it would only cost us abt $30-35 which can be reimbursed once training commenced. I actually never thought that cabin crew recruitment would be this fast. Oh well..to thos...

well... i wanna wait till thurs to write something but i got bored of waiting.

i wonder if the contract briefing is another elimination round. i dun wanna get my hopes up and dash afterwards. I rather it plateau than to anticipate and plummet soon after.

the date which will be this coming thurs is for contract briefing and signing. after which the medical and reference checks will follow soon (tbc).

there were abt 15 of us in the stage 2 (8.30am) slot.

so far no email received yet. so ... bleargh

I think Stage 1 n 2 were done on the same day. Stage 2 was the 1-to-1 interview the CC management. The last stage would be the contract review, followed by medical checks and lastly reference check. If you are selected, you'll start on the 3rd of Jan 2011.
