Hey Alex, You will have no problems getting a 1 bed place for 3-4k in the areas you mentioned. I live at the The Sail which is at Marina Bay and loads of other expats live there too. It is right in the CBD, walking distance to boat quay, clarke quay and chinatown so its a really easy place to live. ...
