As a DP the one question that has not been answered is what are the services that this Consutlancy Co is going to offer. Also looked into the idea but believed that due to control issues by the food inspectors in Singapore this idea was not transferable to reality for me.

For people going for their first glasses I would advice to go to the hospital.
In my experience opticians always say you need glasses while that may not be the case and make your eye sight even worse.
