Yes, I have seen lots of Peking Duck here but it is not the same as the UK !!! Here it is always served with pancakes that resemble mini omlettes, not thin flat dough type pancakes that you get in the UK. Totally different texture and taste. Any idea where in Singapore one could find UK style crispy duck ? The local version is served with skin & fat in a mini-omlette, then they take the duck away and strip the meat and stir-fry it.
