In Japan coke actually already contains stevia instead of Aspartame. In the next year or so coca cola will launch a new stevia sweetened beverage with a very high grade of stevia purchased from Cargil called truvia.

I use agar agar for a chocolate dessert recipe. It contains stevia and sucralose which are calorie free sweeteners and I buy a chocolate colour and flavor product directly from the supplier. Its almost completely calorie free and delicious
