I think acne problem is best going to the Dr. I use to have some issues as well & one of the Dr recommended using Diane 35 which is also a contraceptive pills. And it also works for skin!

If you have insurance, I think it is better to go to private hospital in Singapore. Eg. Mount Elizabeth, Gleaneagle or Mount Alvernia.
