Hi everyone, I'm due to arrive in Singapore in about 2 weeks, already signed a tenancy agreement starting the day I arrive (checked it was all legit by a local friend) but have realised that getting utilities switched on is a bit of a process. It seems I need my FIN card and a Singapore phone number...
