probably the merchant i purchase from do not support non us paypal, i use USA shipping address. i am able to buy using credit card, but not paypal.

Hi, I am frequency online buyer, I purchase item in USD, sometime I sold my old item in eBay which are also in USD. You could try trading. Several companies here hiring trainee traders. You get a small basic (around2-3k) whilst you train and then its either sink or swim. Based from my experience you can't transefer that much amount through remittance centers or if you can i'm not sure about the safety. If you go by bank the exchange rate would be lower but it's safer... Better go the nearest bank that offers remittances... because they can give you guaranteed answe...

may i know the purpose of the transaction? if its meant for business funding I would not suggest remit-centre cos of the risk. Any forgien banks operating in need to follow the R&R under MAS.
