Well done for going for rib grafting, I wish i could do that, my only concern is warping, but like u said, u are rest assured that he will rectify if god forbid warping does occur. To my knowledge and reading dr toriumi's site your nose should be good for life and continually getting better results...

Although I definitely know Toriumi's strong point is with Asian noses, what he has been doing to many caucasian patients is nearly sinful.... overly wide, long, and projected noses with fairly turned-down and blunt tips is NOT conducive to aesthetics of nearly all caucasian faces....
