i had my consultation with dr huang today. it seems like my nose have to undergo open rhinoplasty, alar cartilage modification, hump reduction, implant augmentation and an alar wedge.. what i thought would be a simple operation turns out to be rather complex. operation fee would amount to SGD 14,000...

broke and worried - seriously, dont do breasts. padded bras will do a better alternative for now. i think whats most important to a girl is the facial features.. so for now, do ur nose and eyes first :) im sure thats what majority of the guys look out for in a girl first. and btwn the importance of ...

hey its great that dr huang shows pictures of previous patients.. what im worried about is that the changes isnt significant after the operation.. then its equivalent to paying for nothing. im not opting for any implants/silicone etc.. just plain reduction.. hope that way its cheaper.. and easier to...

sorry.. i forgot to comment on ur case. i feel u shud go to korea if u have the money. go to the really good one.. but communication would be a huge problem so it wud be tough to put ur idea across to the doc. if im u, i wud have faith in dr huang its how u feel, really. go with ur heart.
