We go to a few playgroups, but one of our all time favourites is at Rosemount Kindergarten in Siglap.
It's heaps of fun.
Me and the little one have made plenty of friends their too.

It's controlled chaos! and a lot of fun.
Each session has its own little activity plan, like crafts and music and the like.
