Re: Local for medical and hospitalisation insurance

All SC/PR are covered by Medishield Life. Hi, this includes PR children? I'm wondering because my family was approved as PR recently. While me and my spouse have CPF dashboard that we can access via Singpass, that is not the case for our child. Adult PR can check their medishield status in CPF heal...

We will go ahead and submit the application and hope for the best. That's odd. A child who has a sibling studying in the primary school should be automatically of...

My PR got approved last week but I did not have such requirement in my IPA.

Is this something that is required after appointment with ICA, or something mentioned in IPA itself?

Re: "Proceed to upload documents" button is missing in ICA Website

Update: upload document button missing since Jan 15th. However, when I checked the CPF portal today, I can enter the health declaration page for medishield. It was not possible before as the page returned that I was not in PR database. The PR application status itself is still pending in ICA portal....

The same thing happened to me. Applied in last year, after 9 months, I received email from ICA asking for my family short CV.

Re: Any Foreign kid got to Local School (2022)

My kid was able to get a local school spot during Phase 3 registration. It is just very near, around 100 meters from our rented HDB. The key is to study the previous year's balloting results. You need to identify which areas and which schools has more remaining slots to offer during Phase 3 registr...

Re: Rents are peaking!

Adding data point from today. The supply is still increasing, hopefully it will be reflected in actual asking price by landlord. There's a bit of story to tell here. Early last year, I had a great deal on a two-bedroom condo. However, in June, my landlord informed me that they were selling the prope...
