Does anyone know if i can open a brokerage account using overseas bank?
anyone tried using a Hong kong bank or China bank to open an account with brokerage app like tiger brokers or Moomoo app? Or must have a local SG bank to start an account?

Applying for PR on Feb 2023 and checking on status it is still under pending (now coming to end Oct), anyone got the same lengthy waits, could it be backlogs during covid period?
