I went to one organic skin care shop at Novena (cant remember the name though), i think is on the first floor. Their products a bit pricey, i only bought a bottle of seaweed cleanser from them.. I kinda of like the cleanser although it s abit costly..

There is True Fitness at China Square Central, 18 Cross Street and also a Fitness First at One George St i think... Thats the two i know that is around the areas that you have mentioned. Not too sure abt the membership pricing though but i think you can find out more if you google.. hope this little...

Try Alexandra Food Market (Near to Alexandra IKEA). There is one stall that sells good bak kut teh, not peppery type.

I have a bit of gastric prob...can i take apple cider vinegar also??

i use almond oil and avocado oil..really good for the skin coz they are very rich in vit E
