it's actually a law that all children in Singapore are vaccinated. It's to protect the people in the country. She was my mom's doctor!! my mom was pretty happy with her since all 3 of her children were born under her care. (i'm 15 and my brothers are 16 and 19). she managed to deliver my brother safely when he was born 4 weeks premature. :)
