Bankers only like to push in-house products?

I find it rather amusing that bankers seem to push on what company tells them to sell or pushing hard on their in-house funds..Quite a conflict of interest in that sense and not recommending a product that's really worth. What platforms do you use to locate suitable funds to invest? O:)

Re: My nephews & nieces

Wow a family of super good smart genes, how lucky.. Re: I'm looking for a place to live

There are 1 bedrooms and studio units which can be relatively cheaper depending on the location. Further up locations are usually more affordable. You could also try co-living arrangements from co-living apartments, you have a simple bedroom but shared amenities like bathroom and pantry area.

Re: Finally found a way to check if my rent quote is fair — sharing in case useful

Sometimes the rent difference could be the 'views'' and facing as I would think some projects have significantly different views. The other thing I can think of is ma...

Re: Huge increment in medical insurance

Overall government initiative I guess, to allow insurers to increase premiums as they feel the claims in recent years have increased. Then I would think the increment should only reflect on those who keeps claiming...And not punish everyone. NTUC income..

Re: COE prices are back over $120k

I won't be surprised since this over the $100k COE has been ongoing for years. I'm sure it'll continue to increase over time and eventually maybe even at 150k, like stocks.

Thank goodness I renewed mine some years back at 40k. Talk about timing..

Re: What is the best skincare routine for healthy and glowing skin?

Cleansing day and night
Toner, serum, moisturiser
Sunscreen if outdoors
Daily masks

I stick to a very simple routine, i've seen people on 10 step routines and wonder is it good to slap on so much skincare at one time?

I’ve heard different advice about lessons, practice, and techniques, so I’d like to know what works best for beginners. Any simple tips or personal experiences would be really helpful. You'll usu...
