Seems like a positive result. Atleast based on the findings in this forum Update: upload document button missing since Jan 15th. They asked for birth certificates for me any my spouse. As we didnt have one, we had to goto the HCI to get Birth Certificate which was issued based on our passport. After submitting these documents, it took about 3 weeks for the Upload Documents button to go missing and another 3 weeks for rejection.

Been following this forum regularly and helped me keep expectations low.

PR Applied on Last week of Nov 2022
ICA followed up for additional documents on Last week of Nov 2023 and uploaded the documents same day
Upload documents button missing 1st week of Jan
Received a rejection email today.
