Have you look at SJI international, Hwa Chong International and ACS international? I thought they can take in Singaporeans without prior approval.

Not sure whether we are talking about the same thing but I think only a few car models here have anchoring points e.g Mazda. Maybe you can check whether Mazda know where to install these anchor?

As term has started, I don't think there is a "waiting-list" as such. What is likely is that for the less popular schools, there are vacancy. Pasir Ris park: swing with many other things

Many of my friends' kids are learning piano (or at least keyboard), some as young as 3. I am no expert here but there seems to me no advantage in kids starting so young. Since parents these days are eager, I am sure it won't be difficult to find some places willing to take the kids on.
