Thanks @malcontent I think the race changes was not capture due to transition of old system to new system on 26 Jun. We applied our old application on Feb 2024 with old system. It might be a reason. Of course, race change alone won't help, we also had salary increments during second application.

Just a little update that our PR has been approved. We collected our blue ICs earlier this month. We applied in Jan 2025 and received IPA in Oct 2025. @MOCHS Just to add in that, I've applied PR a few times only with wrong race and all are rejected. I think this time should be right race after investing 14 years in SG.

MOCHS Thank you for your comment. I understand that reapplying PR within 6 months is considered appeal application.
