No problem. I do know a Singapore lady who facilitates adoptions in the PH and it can get tricky from what she told me.

Pay a bribe to speed it up.

Fixers are not as reliable as before. Unless really witness the kinds of multiple results shown. Or else will be scam n money fly away.
