there's a shop in suntec city shopping mall, somewhere near suntec's office tower 3. its on the third floor. there's also a pushcart selling the same in front of the mango outlet there, first floor near suntec's office tower 2.

I found something similar that worked ok in a beauty shop in Suntec that I used in between "importing" my favorite product from US ( Biolage Gelee ).
