i think it's true..
my mum colours her hair often because her grey roots pop up very often. but her friends of the same age who've never coloured their hair don't have a single strand of grey hair!

there are quite a number of hair spas now in singapore. you might want to try phyto hair spa at wheelock place?
phytohairspa.com.sg

i personally haven't been there but i do use phyto products and they're really very good :)

hi there if you're looking for good & cheap, i would suggest going for Simple. it's really affordable and it's great for ppl with sensitive skin. you can get Simple products at any watson's or guardian pharmacies. i believe they stock them at leading supermarkets too but i always get mine at guardia...

the ultimate at shaw house is pretty good, i would say. but they're rather high-end and some of the therapists do try to hard sell but overall my experience has been not too bad.
