Isn't it illegal to base selection on race in Singapore?

Not sure about shipping from France, but I ship regularly from the US using the post office and you can get a tracking number to see where your parcel is at any point of time after shipping. Perhaps you can get the tracking number from the shipper the next time you ship things here?
