I am planning to set up a home office in Singapore. Available budget SGD 7000 per month. Preferred size: around 2500 - 3000 sqf with big balcony or patio. Central location (district 9,10,11) and new apartment complex. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your advice. I have slightly changed my wish-list after visiting Singapore. We are now trying to find an apartment with a size of at least 1800 sqf and a big balcony. Preferred areas are district 11, 21 and 15.

When I was in Singapore last week, I was offered an apartment in Peach Garden (district 15), about 2700sqf & 4 bedrooms for SGD 4000. Is this reasonable?

Thanks for the advice but I would also like to hear which apartments are being recommended by expats. I have heard that Bedok Court (big balcony) and Adam Park are nice. Comments from anyone?
