bus ride to SAS

My 5 year old does it everyday to SAS and it is not an issue at all. That was one of my biggest worries before we moved here. The bus system is great and I think most kids take the bus. My son just relaxes and talks to friends or plays his DS.

Singapore has been an easier adjustment then I thought. The kids love it! You must make an effort to meet people but there are so many organizations and you can get involved in a playgroup. Join AWA. They have a ton of groups and tours to participate in. I know how you are feeling. It is vey easy to...

Ker,

How is Zesty Spot? Is there a phone number or a website? Also do you know the prices for a few days a week? I am interested in sending my daughter to a preschool a few mornings a week and Pandan Valley is right around the corner from us.

Thanks in advance

SAS is an amazing school! My son just started Kindergarten there and he loves it. I am sooo impressed with the facilities and the teachers. I was so worried about the lengthy bus ride and it really isn't an issue. There are a ton of pre-schools here that I hear are great if you want to wait until ne...

Any American Moms out there?

Just arrived 5 weeks ago. Have met a few people but it would be nice to chat about home. I have a 5 year old boy in school all day and a 22 month girl.

My son is starting Kindergarten at SAS in August. We are moving to Singapore the first week of Aug. and would love a rec on where to live too. We are condo hunting this weekend. My biggest fear is a long bus ride for my little guy. I am super worried.
