have you ever seen an ad "indians wanted". well i haven't. ads usually imply they want chinese ppl by stating a bilingual requirement. bilingual obviously means able to speak chinese.

and why would it be a shock?? In any other country the persons nationality doesnt come into it when applying for a crew postion. But this is what I have come to expect living in Singapore.
