Try the costume hire place on Aliwal Street (nr Arab Street). You need patience when you go there cos there are costume's everywhere but they have a good selection. Also saves you buying.

Does anyone know a Newsagent who delivers the Saturday and Sunday Straits Times (only) to your home? I don't want it every day so I can't order direct with SPH.
