found it ! (MOM will be flexible in considering individual cases that do not meet the minimum criteria but merit the issuance of a PEP. I dare to try it anyway because I am damn sure I read something like "If applicants dont reach all mandatories, MOM will study the case , etc ..."

But I didnt fint it back yet :cry:

I have read that forum and yes I saw a lot of negative opinions. Dont worry for me, I found a job in the automotive industry when it was already doing bad.
