I don't hate bankers. I don't hate anybody. But, I do strongly dislike bankers that push dodgy products. if you want a 200k job, can you make back the money for the company 10x more? otherwise why would they hire you? Very good point. An internal lead recruiter to a large name bank who sympathized me with and made few good suggestions... also said they were "minimizing costs with external providers", apparently are doing direct hires in a big way. I hope your agency is alive...

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, trading ismore suitable for an Investment Analyst or Banker, which I am not.

Trading however, would be an option for me should things get worse..worse than they already are.

A friend got hired 250k++ and more than 3 months guaranteed bonus. Was hired Nov last year to big name bank... for IT?! Happy to know they exist now I just have to find them... suggestions?
