My divorce procedure has started here. My hubby is saying that he needs joint custudy for my two kids. As he can meet them anytime. I am totally dependent on him and dont have any family support here. He is ready to pay my lawyer's fees also. But he want divorce in any condition and in fastest way....

Maryme, how long have you been living in Singapore? You can challenge the action initiated by your husband if you both have lived in Singapore for less than 3 years.
