kind of hanging upside down. But it 's not 180° inverse, about 75 °, i guess. And the angle is adjustable. I searched online and found this website which shows the instruction. http://www.imadumbarse.com/ I am not sure how it works, maybe that's because it stimulates blood circulation. Not very big ...

I guess I didn't choose a good one or maybe didn't follow the direction.
I also heard about some real cases occur on my friend who is keeping exercise with it for 2 or 3 months. She's not intending to lose weight but to keep health, and i really see some changes on her.

Any one have tried being on an inversion table? when i inverse on it i feel strange like my head is filled. After 1 or 2 minutes, i should stop as i cannot bear that. It's that normal? Is it ture that it helps losing weight?

Any one heard that inversion table can help losing weight? One of my friend told me that this thing is kind of smart, i am going to purchase one, any one have tried? i am searching it on line, but i wonder what is a good price for that.
