I recently picked up a few stones on some overseas trips and need to find a reputable jeweler to set them in 24k gold settings. I want to make a pendant out of one stone and a cocktail ring out of the other. Does anyone have any contacts and/or have a rough idea of how much this will cost? Thanks.

The French Embassy here in Singapore just sent me the list of the paperwork I need to produce and confirmed I will have dual nationality. I just have to get everything translated into French now. Am soooo happy about getting a French passport!

American citizens do not renounce their citizenship when marrying French citizens, so says the American and French Embassy. I love how popular this misconception is!

So there aren't really any high end shoe repair places? These shoes have been in humid climates before and have held up just fine (master craftmanship, I think). I feel very nervous handing over satin slippers to a Mister Minit.
