i am a 30yr old irish man looking to improve my health by taking some boxing/muay thai fitness classes rather than just going to the gym.

can anyone suggest some good places to check out?

Ive been trying to find a good metal outlet here for months and its driving me nuts that theres nowhere to go for pure metal!!!

surely theres an underground scene...?
