Awful and fake for the initial period that varies from 1 to 6 months. Most of the people who does dimple creation normally have to go through this "ugly" and slow healing period.

i got a shock looking into the mirror and find myself disfigured but the doc assure me that it is like that and it will go away. I immediately pm advvark and he also told me the same thing.
