yes, exercise is still the best.

I have tried this mask from SKII that is quite good. It is a piece of 'paper' soaked in some kind of solution... skin feels pump up & fine lines seem to disappear.

I do my nails at Spa @ Loewen. I know they have eyelash tint, but i don't know how much. I think you can google to search for them. Good luck

when things don't go my way, i get stress.. used to drink to relax, now i try to buy interesting books to read & try to forget .

I usually go to Spa @ Loewen. Not bad. & free parking. alot of expats go there.
